I just finished my Christmas Wish List. Yes, it is October.
Things I've learned: 1. I must not be very original because I start making my list in November and by the time the man friend and family shops in December, everything I want is sold out--make the list early. 2. You're never too old for a Christmas Wish List. 3. If you don't want to get gifts that cause you to wait in return lines long enough to start and finish a Starbucks Latte, make a Christmas Wish List.
I am always lusting after things that I can't afford. Always. And no matter how completely ridiculous those things are, they will always make it on my Christmas Wish List-- among a few more practical items, of course.
I know. I'm certifiable.
So, of course, the Christmas Wish List is peppered with other items that don't require a straight jacket but are just as fabulous.
This wear-it-any-way jacket is too adorable and how comfortable does it look? I could see myself wanting to wear this every day with my boots and scarves. It's the perfect addition to a wintery-layered wardrobe.
The moment my eyes met this amazing jacket in the Madewell catalog, I knew I wanted it. It's structure and tiny nod to biker chic won my heart. I just love it.
The bucket bag is back in a big way, and I for one, am thrilled. I love this easy black version from Madewell, it's perfectly large for stowing away winter gloves and scarves and chic enough for a night out without transferring to clutch. Unless of course, it's the YSL above.
Then there are the staples, necessary Sephora drag, the Lululemon sports bras and the chunky too big sweaters and easy pull overs from Free People, Nordys and Anthro.
And on that note, my list is complete- and ready for send. Merry Christmas?
